Based on your feedback and the success of our Newmarket International Certified Engineer course offered at NewmarketPLUS 2007, we have expanded the certification course options at NewmarketPLUS 2008. We will be offering two two-day certification courses on April 6 & 7 during pre-conference activities. Be sure to reserve your space early as class sizes are limited and spaces will fill quickly.
Newmarket International Certified Engineer
The ability to support and maintain any environment is based primarily on understanding what the environment needs. The Newmarket International Certified Engineer (NICE) certification arms the tech-savvy user with the necessary basic curriculum and advanced troubleshooting knowledge to enable them to solve their own problems and keep their Delphi systems running at peak efficiency.
Certified Newmarket Systems Analyst
As a Certified Newmarket Systems Analyst (CNSA) you will be qualified and confident in your ability to manage Delphi - the most important resource used by your sales and catering teams. The first step is to gain an understanding of the configuration options available in Setup, how they work with other areas of the software, and how to pull the information into the reports you need. Whether you work with Delphi Select, Single-Property, Multi-Property, or Global Sales Edition, you will be able to build the system best suited for your organization's business processes, train your team to use it, maintain the health of the database, and produce meaningful reports.
