As a Newmarket Systems Analyst, you are on the front lines when it comes to the responsibility of managing your Delphi® system – the most important resource used by your sales and catering teams. Bring your skills to the next level and become even more confident in your ability to manage Delphi with Newmarket International's Certified Newmarket Systems Analyst (CNSA) course. This course will arm you with the tools needed in your role.

Whether you work with Delphi Select, Single Property, Multi Property, or Global Sales Edition, you will be able to build the system best suited for your organization's business processes. The CNSA course will cover all aspects of managing Delphi, including:

  • Understanding the configuration options available in Setup
  • How to improve and perfect your reporting skills
  • Learn best practices for training colleagues to use the system
  • Maintain the health of the database

The CNSA course fee is $1,295 and includes three days of instructor led training and one attempt at the CNSA exam. Certification will be granted with a passing score of 80% or higher.

The information presented in this course is based on Delphi 9.5.1. Properties using prior versions of Delphi will find that the material in the course is relevant to their daily activities, and will be interested in learning about some of the additional features included in the newer version of Delphi.
