CERTIFICATION
Why Certification?
To meet your training needs, the Certified Newmarket Systems Analyst (CNSA) training course will be presented in conjunction with the Newmarket International 2012 Customer Conference.
Be sure to reserve your space early as class sizes are limited and spaces will fill quickly. Please note that the certification course will be held at a training facility located a short distance from Gaylord Palms. For those individuals staying within the group hotel guest room block, transportation will be provided.
Please note that Newmarket International reserves the right to cancel certification courses if minimum class registrations are not received. In the event of such cancellation, registrants will be notified a minimum of thirty days prior to the course and full refunds will be granted.
Certified Newmarket Systems Analyst (CNSA)
As a Certified Newmarket Systems Analyst (CNSA) you will be qualified and confident in your ability to manage Delphi - the most important resource used by your sales and catering teams. The first step is to gain an understanding of the configuration options available in Setup, how they work with other areas of the software, and how to pull the information into the reports you need. Whether you work with Delphi Select, Single-Property, Multi-Property, or Global Sales Edition, you will be able to build the system best suited for your organization's business processes, train your team to use it, maintain the health of the database, and produce meaningful reports.
Course Fee: $1,295 includes three days of instructor-led, hands-on training and one opportunity to take the course exam.
Course Dates: Monday, April 30, 2012 through Wednesday, May 2, 2012
NOTE: Registration for the 2012 Customer Conference is not required for participation in the CNSA course.
