You are cordially invited to participate in Newmarket International 2012 customer conference. Our conference will be held at the beautiful Gaylord Palms Resort, May 2-4, 2012, in Kissimmee, Florida.

During the conference, we will discuss current hospitality industry challenges and solutions related to Market Intelligence, Distribution & Content, Sales & Catering, Enterprise Business Management and Client Services. This event will provide numerous opportunities to interact with conference attendees, participate in breakout sessions, as well as give you the opportunity to showcase your company’s solutions to targeted, qualified attendees.

For convenience, we have simplified the event sponsorship packages for the 2012 event into Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze packages. With each package you will have the opportunity to increase your visibility and direct exposure to the targeted, highly qualified audience—the Newmarket International conference attendees.

ENHANCEMENT MENU OPTIONS

Sponsor Content Session - $2,000
Choose to work with Newmarket International to co-present a break-out session—presentation topic and length to be determined. This is a great opportunity to showcase your company, products, and services, and perhaps invite your customer to tell their success story to attendees. Your session will be listed in the conference program and agenda, and you may also distribute your marketing materials during the session.

Additional Event Attendee for Sponsors - $500
Sponsors may bring an additional attendee for $500. Limited to a maximum of three (3) attendees total from any sponsor company.
