Their team surveyed (methodology here) thousands of hotel tech employees around the world about what it was like inside the operations of the industry’s greatest companies and are thrilled to announce 2018’s “10 Best Places to Work in Hotel Technology”.

They come to work to dominate the industry but stay because it feels like a big family. – HotelTechReportHotel Tech Report Logo

Career Culture & Benefits

We believe having a great corporate culture is critical to our success. Ours is team and customer oriented, casual, fast-paced, innovative and fun with opportunities for everyone to learn and grow. Across our different sites in North America, Europe and Asia we have unique local examples of our culture and benefits.

Commitment to our Community and Charitable Giving

Across our Hospitality Division Amadeus is proud to support the community by setting aside funds to support charities and important causes. We have an employee-run Charitable Giving Committee that responds to requests from outside agencies as well as from fellow employees who are biking, walking, or advocating on behalf of causes that are important to them. On average from our Hospitality division alone, Amadeus donates to over 60 charities each year.
Our employees are encouraged to participate in community efforts across sites for example through paid time off for volunteering, payroll deductions to support the United Way, donations of goods through company charity drives, or participation in sponsored volunteer activities. Social responsibility and supporting the community are an important part of our culture and employees are proud of the efforts made by Amadeus and their peers.

Supporting the Environment

The Amadeus Hospitality Green Committee drives education and awareness across our teams on all matters related to sustainability and opportunities for adopting environmentally friendly programs. The Green Committee’s work successfully positioned Amadeus to be honored with Business NH Magazine’s 2010 Lean and Green Award. It implemented a Zero Waste Recycling Program whereby the Portsmouth NH team now composts food and other items, in addition to traditional recycled items. The Green Committee is 100% employee organized and managed. Members are empowered to use their budget for implementing programs such as Earth Day activities, Bike to Work Day, Beach Clean-Up Day, and many other successful initiatives.
