Newmarket International has launched Delphi® CC Safeguard™ in response to the credit card industry's mandate that all companies processing credit or debit cards be compliant with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard by July 1, 2010.
Your Delphi sales and catering application must be considered when evaluating the security of your business critical systems. Since your Delphi sales and catering system was not designed to store, process or transmit credit card data it is not required to maintain PCI compliance. However, it may still be at risk for storage of credit card information.
