Newmarket International’s David Miller Selected to Present at Online Forum
Portsmouth, NH – January 15, 2009 — Newmarket International, Inc., the leader in sales and catering solutions for the hospitality industry, today announced that David Miller has been selected to present at The eLearning Guild’s Online Forum taking place January 29-30, 2009 entitled Successful Techniques and Strategies for Navigating Turbulent Times – Fast, Cheap, and Effective e-Learning.
In his presentation, Mr. Miller is sharing his unique approach to the use of 3D imagery and video from Second Life in eLearning. Second Life is a virtual world used by Fortune 500 companies. A passion for increasing the value of eLearning for Newmarket International’s customers led to his unique approach to increase the learner’s engagement and retention of critical concepts in online eLearning material. His original technique is being adopted internationally as an inexpensive yet highly effective means of adding animation to training material.
