Welcome to NewmarketPLUS 2008, our annual User Conference.  We are excited to announce that the conference will be held on April 6-9, 2008 at the Red Rock Casino, Resort, Spa in Las Vegas, NV.

We would like to offer you the opportunity to participate in this year’s conference which will include educational sessions, extensive networking, and our Partner Pavilion.  As in previous years, dedicated exhibit hours will enhance your opportunities to network with attendees and promote your brand to generate more business.

NewmarketPLUS 2008 User Conference Sponsorship Overview

There are several opportunities for sponsorship participation at the conference.  This year we are offering four sponsorship levels, Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze, as well as an a la carte sponsorship menu, allowing you the flexibility to choose how you would like to showcase your company in our Partner Pavilion. 

The following section outlines the details of each of the different sponsorship packages including items (based on sponsorship level) such as a display in the Partner Pavilion, recognition throughout the event and on the conference website, unlimited discounted full conference passes, and many other valuable benefits!

Sponsorship Packages

Platinum Sponsorship  $20,000

This sponsorship level includes:

• 6’ skirted tabletop display area in the Partner Pavilion (with electrical connection)
• Two (2) complimentary exhibitor badges and additional full conference passes at a discounted rate
• Company logo on signage at the Partner Pavilion, Registration Desk, and General Session entrance
• Company logo and 75 word description on conference website and brochure
• Link from the conference website to your site
• Company logo and link on pre-conference email blasts
• Access to pre- and post-conference attendee list
• One page advertisement in conference brochure
• Literature insert in conference welcome package distributed to all attendees
• One (1) 30 minute keynote speaking opportunity in a General Session (Time slot, speaker, and content must be approved by Newmarket International)

Gold Sponsorship  $8,000

This sponsorship level includes:

• 6’ skirted tabletop display area in the Partner Pavilion (with electrical connection)
• Two (2) complimentary exhibitor badges and additional full conference passes at a discounted rate
• Company logo on signage at the Partner Pavilion, Registration Desk, and General Session entrance
• Company logo and 50 word description on conference website and brochure
• Link from the conference website and pre-conference email blasts to your website
• Access to pre- and post-conference attendee list
• One page advertisement in conference brochure
• Opportunity to organize an exclusive VIP luncheon for selected conference attendees.

Silver Sponsorship  $5,000

This sponsorship level includes:

• 6’ skirted tabletop display area in the Partner Pavilion (with electrical connection)
• Two (2) complimentary exhibitor badges and additional full conference passes at a discounted rate
• Company logo on signage at the Partner Pavilion, Registration Desk, and General Session entrance
• Company logo and 25 word description on conference website and brochure
• Company logo on pre-conference email blasts
• One-half page advertisement in conference brochure

Bronze Sponsorship  $3,000

This sponsorship level includes:

• 6’ skirted tabletop display area in the Partner Pavilion (with electrical connection)
• One (1) complimentary exhibitor badges
• Company logo on signage at the Partner Pavilion
• Company logo on conference website and brochure
• Mention of participation on pre-conference email blasts
  

A La Carte Sponsorship Options

Exclusive Digital Signage Sponsorship  $8,000

• As a digital signage vendor, use this opportunity to showcase your products and services as the exclusive provider of electronic reader boards for NewmarketPLUS 2008. 

Exclusive Registration Sponsorship $8,000

• As the exclusive registration vendor, you can use this opportunity to demonstrate the capabilities of your product to all attendees at the event from online registration to post-event follow up.

Exclusive Meals Sponsorship  $5,000

• As the exclusive Meals sponsor, your company logo and description will be promoted during all meals and breaks throughout the event. 

Exclusive Cyber Café Sponsorship $5,000

• As the exclusive cyber café sponsor, your company logo and description will be promoted in the cyber café area provided for attendee use to connect while away from the office.

Exclusive Promotional Items Sponsorship $5,000

• As the exclusive promotional items vendor, you can use this opportunity to demonstrate your products and services to all attendees at the event.  Your company logo and description will be promoted throughout the event.
