You are cordially invited to participate in NewmarketPLUS 2010. We are excited to announce that the annual user conference will be held on May 5-7, 2010 at ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, NV.
The theme of this year’s event is FWD: Find. Win. Deliver. In recent times every aspect of the hospitality industry has been touched by economic challenges. But, “time waits for no man,” so we must look forward to the future and plan for improvements now if we are to succeed and gain every possible advantage.
With this in mind, we have changed the format of our annual user conference. While education and networking will remain a major focus of the event, we have expanded our program to include extensive consultation opportunities and sponsor representation. Beginning with the registration process, attendees will have the ability to completely customize their level of participation in the conference.
To make the sponsor participation levels more convenient for you, we have simplified our sponsorship packages. We invite you to custom build your sponsorship package from the items listed below. All participating sponsors will receive the items detailed in the Basic Sponsorship Package. You can include additional items from the Enhancement Menu to customize your representation to conference attendees.

Attendee Profile
Attendees at this event include individuals from various industries including Hotels & Resorts, Gaming, and Restaurants. With representation from management, finance, sales & marketing, catering, information technology and system administration, you will have access to important influencers and decision makers. This is sure to be an audience to meet!
There are several opportunities for sponsor participation at the conference. This year we are offering one standard sponsorship package with the option to customize your event participation by selecting additional items from our Enhancement menu. The following information details what is included in the standard package and how you can utilize the Enhancement menu to increase your visibility to conference attendees.

STANDARD SPONSORSHIP - $4,000
The standard sponsorship package includes:
- 6’ skirted tabletop display area in the Partner Pavilion (with electrical connection)
- Two complimentary exhibitor badges and additional conference staff passes at a discounted rate
- Company logo on signage throughout the event
- Company logo and 50 word description on the conference website and program
- Company logo and link on pre-conference email blasts
- Access to post-conference attendee list
- Designated table at meal sessions
ENHANCEMENT MENU OPTIONS - Priced Individually
Welcome Reception Sponsorship
Exclusive Event Sponsor (Limited to one sponsor) - $12,000
Make a strong first impression and showcase your company with exclusive sponsorship of the conference Welcome Reception. Our conference promotions team will create a VIP event, including custom branded invitations, event signage, and time on the event agenda for you to welcome event attendees. This is an exclusive sponsorship package and is available on a first come, first serve basis.
Event Sponsor (Limited to three sponsors) - $ 5,000
Make a solid first impression and showcase your company with a partnered sponsorship of the conference Welcome Reception. Our conference promotions team will create a VIP event, including custom branded invitations, event signage, and time on the event agenda for you to welcome event attendees. This opportunity is limited to three sponsors and is available on a first come, first serve basis. This option will not be available if an Exclusive Event sponsor has already been designated.
Wireless Internet Accessibility - $ 5,000
Business doesn’t stop when you leave the office. Your sponsorship of wireless internet accessibility in the Partner Pavilion will demonstrate to attendees that you understand the need to remain connected and ensure that productivity is at optimum levels. Signage with your logo will be prominently displayed throughout the Partner Pavilion.
Exclusive Provider of Digital Signage - $ 5,000
This enhancement includes the ability be the exclusive provider of digital signage throughout the event. This signage will be posted outside of all breakout rooms and the General Session room displaying the session information during the conference. This enhancement is limited to one sponsor and is available on a first come, first serve basis.
Host a Breakout Room - $ 2,500
This opportunity will provide you with the ability to host a breakout room. Place your marketing materials in this area, introduce the sessions presented in this room, and work with Newmarket to host a session during the conference. Visibility will be enhanced as the room is named exclusively for your company during conference activities. This sponsorship opportunity is limited to four sponsors and is available on a first come, first serve basis.
Consultation Reservation - $ 1,000
Make the best use of your time! As part of our expanded consultation offering, attendees will be able to schedule time with experts to discuss their specific needs. Allow attendees to request appointments with your representatives as part of the registration process. Include your company in this offering and make your meeting plans prior to arriving on site!
Meals Sponsor - $ 1,000
Put your money where your mouth is! Increase your visibility throughout the conference by sponsoring a meal provided at the conference. Signage will be prominently displayed throughout the meal serving areas. This opportunity is limited to three sponsors is available on a first come, first serve basis.
Exclusive Pre-Conference Email Communication - $ 500
Our conference promotion team will send out regularly scheduled communications to prospective attendees with details about the event. As part of the Exclusive Pre-Conference Email communication offering, we will send a customized communication on your behalf advising attendees that you will be at the event and how your products and services can help them Find, Win, Deliver more business.
Promotional Item Distribution - $ 500
Let conference attendees know you are present at the event! Include your promotional item as part of the welcome packet given to each attendee.
